PJ Fleck has the Golden Gophers at 6-2 should we start a little obsession for the other bald guy not named Aranda?

I don’t think we should hire Fleck, but this is a true statement.

Yes....what's your point? Look, he wouldn't be tops on my list but I remember when the TD intelligentsia a few years ago were having private circle jerks whe talking about this guy.

But, I will say this, if he wins two more games, his next two his name creeps back into the conversation.

I’ve made the point that Napier has the worst resume of anyone mentioned on this board.

When pj fleck is more qualified than you then you aren’t a candidate for a premier job

Fleck is a really good coach but you will get downvoted like crazy.

People on here hate the guy.

For seemingly no reason at all, it’s really weird

Indeed, but I am sure some of the Napier homers will be here soon to tell us why Napier is so much better (he coached under Saban and uses the process )

I am coming around a little bit on him. Besides shitting the bed vs BGSU he has done a pretty solid job this year.

If Fleck rips off 3 out of the next 4, what would be your beef? Really? If you tie for first in the Big 10 west or win it 2 out of the last 3 I'm not seeing a case where he's bad. OK so he's a loon but he's a loon that has proven he can win. His record and accomplishments beat out Tucker, Franklin, and Kiffin as head coaches. Plus he has built two programs back, Minnehaha and WMU...not even Lincoln Riley can say he has " built" a program back. Jimbo, has the distinction of helping to unravel a once feared program at FSU.

He's not my first....I don't really have a choice, but I think his needs starts to emerge if he beats Illinois this week and Indiana and if he takes out Iowa going into Wisconsin, his stock jumps exponentially.
