According to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo, Falcons OC Kyle Shanahan is most interested in Denver's head-coaching vacancy.

"The word with people involved in coaching searches and gathering all of this information is that that's the job Shanahan has his eyes on—going to Denver where his father coached," said Garafolo Wednesday on Up to the Minute Live. Of the six coaching vacancies around the league, the Denver job is easily the most appealing. The opportunity for Shanahan to follow in his father's footsteps would just be icing on the cake. Shanahan is also being courted by the 49ers, Jaguars and Rams but if the Broncos offer him a job, we'd be shocked if he turned it down.

Josh McDaniels ruins personnel decisions.

So why not hire josh McDaniels again without the front office control?

You're so mad at JM, when you should be mad at the people that gave him that control

Kyle Shanahan > Josh McDaniels

That simple, really.

Plus, Kyle Shanahan isn't a condescending prick like Josh McDaniels.

ETA: Kyle Shanahan also runs an offense very similar to Gary Kubiak's. Easy transition.

You know what else is convenient?

Josh McDaniels having Tom Brady, the #2 GOAT behind Peyton Manning. When he wasn't coaching at New England, his offense was ranked #20, #19 and #32 (St Louis and Denver).

If they improve the O-line and somehow snag Romo, Denver is a SB favorite next year with Shanahan

Josh McDaniels traded away a 1st rd pick to move up in the draft to get Tim Tebow. That alone should get him blackballed from any NFL head coaching job.

You would think by now teams would know to stay away from Belichick assistants. All of them look like geniuses when they are coaching his assembled talent.
