Napier is a true head coach and elite recruiter who preaches balance in all phases. Aranda is an elite defensive coordinator playing head coach who will certainly lean defense. Napier has 3 years of consistency in the top of his conference as HC, Aranda has 1 good year. Napier would be here for many years, Aranda most likely would bolt for the NFL at some point. Napier has the charisma and like ability that you want in a HC, Aranda, well, not so much.

Napier because of recruiting. Aranda would need an injection of charisma to win in recruiting and you cannot sustain winning in the SEC if you cannot recruit.
