I am not taking away his wins and you can't.

Lets be realistic on the kids he is recruting and the battles he is winning. He is beating out big ten schools who don't support there football program and mac schools.

Row the boat or go to the nfl? PJ hasn't had those battles yet with Meyer, Saban and Franklin.

Well said stats. He would be a great fit for a run down program going nowhere. Glad that clown is never coming to LSU

Say what you want about him, but he was undefeated and went toe to toe with a very good Wiscy team.

Yes you can't take that away from him.

If 18-21 would buy into brick by brick and Trooper Taylor lets not act like there is a secret to this demographic.

If he takes the Arky or UT job what has he done that makes you believe he will win the fan base long term and can win long term? I am guessing he is worse than Harbaugh that he wears on you bad if your not winning.

It is great that you judge people when you don't even know them. It really lets people know just what kind of person you really are. Never stop being a flaming douchebag bro

can't really disagree with you any more than I do here. Effectively communicating with your players is half the battle in any sport and Fleck clearly does this better than most.

he has a strong vision for how to build and sustain a program.

At this current moment he is probaly the 3rd best coach at getting his team to play with a high amount of energy and effort consistently behind Dabo and Chris Petersen.

effort and energy is needed but it doesn't beat discipline and his team didn't look disciplined vs ohio.

Oh come on, all the greats talk straight Xs and Os. You ever watched a Belichick presser?

Lets see, he has a team of hardly nobodies that have had to make a name for themselves if they even did. He completely turned a losing program into one battling Wisconsin. It's not his fault that his regular season games are not up to your standards.

If he is just a cheerleader, then by that way of thought, one of those male aggie cheerleaders, jizzers, should be able to do the same?
He is a coach that gets the most out of low 2 stars, 3 stars and probably some no stars. No reason he shouldn't be given a chance somewhere bigger. And oh yeah, I'm really gonna let my coach get on national TV and discuss all his x's and o's. That's his bread and butter hiding all the x's and o's he can to make them more unpredictable. Hopefully that made some sense to you.
