Mac coaches scare me. Every few years one pops up that is supposed to be the next big thing and very rarely do you hear from them again.
I'll admit Fleck seems different and looks to be on a different level than most of the others but I still would want to see how he does at a bigger school before he jumps balls deep in the sec

Yeah but that list stops 10 years ago. And how many of those guys went straight to a big school from the Mac? I know Saban went to the NFL then to Michigan state ( who was struggling to make bowls at the time ) and urban went to Utah.
