So Napier and FL have been trying to finalize negotiations for about a week. LSU reached out for the first time to Napier within the last 48hrs or so and is throwing a major wrench in the deal.
They are willing to give Napier 1m over what he has roughly agreed to FL with. Napier has signaled he will talk/meet with LSU and FL is pissed.

LSU has always been his number one choice and a mian reason he has been holding out. Once they didn't reach out when the opening happened he decided to move on. He and FL have been haggling over assistance/recruiting staff and control for a week now. He has even taken less to get what he wants. LSU is has signaled they would be willing to give him all his demands plus the higher salary.

I've never wanted Napier. Nothing really stands out about him.
