My 70% was not based on hot air and it will go to 90% if he goes to the Sugar Bowl. BTW, USC could have hired any coach but they promoted their interim coach and they are the only team who beat Washington.

Going to be a great meltdown from the O loyalists when he gets the job and aranda leaves. O's entire coaching strategy centers around having the best coordinators in the country because he sure as hell cant coach 'em up. I love the guy as a staff member, but he has no business leading the program when he can't even lead either side of the ball.

Luckily I think the boosters that pay the big bucks want real change and are pushing for a proven coach, not someone that gets hired on the basis of them saying "geaux tigers"

You mean the same coach that has lost 3 games, has been on the hot seat list already this season and who beat Washington with a USC team that is likely if not definitely more talented top to bottom?

Explain your formula for both.

If alleva hires O over jimbo fisher then he deserves to be fired immediately.. If jimbo says no and it's down to O vs guys like fleck, McIntyre etc then I understand. But a championship OC at Lsu who went onto rebuild FSU into a national title winner should not be turned down over a career dline coach. Period.

No one in Tallahassee has a real clue as to what's going on, nor would they especially if Fisher was leaving. It's just wishful thinking on their part.

I'm confident that it's close to being done. Regarding my sources, as I posted earlier, I trust because they've been right many times before.

I've seen half a dozen of you dumb mother frickers say this. Jimbo does not run the spread. Jesus. You'd think you would know football the way you dumbasses want to comment on it.
