I think O will change the motto each season like when Leach had the Swing Your Sword motto.
Based on the Leach model, I expect O's autobiography to be entitled One Team, One Heartbeat but other than that he'll come up with something more apropos for next season.
One Team, One Heartbeat was perfect for the drama this season had.
