Great idea Stoops...now you have no one in charge of your offense. Ever wonder why we don't elect co-Governors, why corporations don't have co-CEOs, why military units don't have co-Commanders....

BECAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK. Why don't coaches ever learn this.

um, stoops is the head coach.

we get it, it crashed and burned at lsu. that doesn't mean it can't work.

wow when people don't know stuff they need to do a little research before spewing shite.

1) Norvell was already co-OC with Wilson and also had the WR coach title.

2) This has been the same with Stoops for a while now, he elevates a coach to OC from within the program when the other OC leaves.

And I wouldn't say it's been a disaster....

Only surprise here is that Heupel will be calling the plays, most people thought it would Norvell with Heupel as his co-OC.

You do know that OU had co-DC's during the 04 season (including Bo Pelini) and they made it to the NC game?

Won't work. If you have two, you don't have one.

It's not the first time that OU has used this on either side of the ball.

OU has had Co DC's for the majority of Stoop's time in Norman and has had Co OC's several times.

I can't stand Oklahoma, but I feel sick inside just thinking about what they are about to go through.
