He improved NC st passing game while there, and his QB jumped from 20 to 26 td's.
All he needs is some good recruiting coords and he'll be fine, and well be in a better place than when Odom was here.
No SJW bullshite, so no need for a daddy figure for the players, some one to be their friend. Time for a head coach, who isn't there to hug them.
Plus, AO is gone, as well as KB, part of crumbling of season was when Bryant and AO fought in the locker room, after one of them was banging the others OL. Split locker room, people chose sides.

6 next season and he's a 32 td QB

Sterk said he would hire his guy before next Week, which meant he had a Coach in one of the Championship games on his radar and would be done.
Not his fault people leaked other names, which were terrible choices. They got a Young coach who can improve the offense, which was their downfall this season.
Defense was top15 in Country, and wasn't great, Dcoord and they improve from top15.
