Agreed Titans with Mariotta and number 1 pick are top destination.

2. Eagles - Talented roster on the cusp of the playoffs with good management
3. Bucs - Very young roster with an incredible offense.
4. 49ers - History, brand, city all attractive but the leadership seems very bad.
5. Dolphins - Young and talented roster with potential
6. Titans - Not last because of Mariota
7. Browns - Can't imagine anyone wanting to coach there

We've established that the Browns job is last. 
I have to admit I ranked based on the brand of each franchise not necessarily who has the chance to win now. That said, I shouldn't have put the 49ers as high as I did. Bucs and Titans will be interesting because of who they have at QB.
