I bet. But I'm guessing he'll get it right. I watched the Allen Skyline game last night. Murray is something else. That was impressive.

My honest opinion is that is LSU were to lose Miles, promote Cam Cameron and keep everybody else in place and LSU drastically improves.

If miles goes to Michigan, you can bet Cameron goes with him.

Perhaps but not automatic. If Alleva offers cameron a substantial raise and the staff is kept largely intact I bet Cameron would be tempted to take it.

For me, ide rather cameron go with Miles but a Cameron hire would fit Alleva IMO

i agree. Not sure Cameron is the answer at OC as it is. Don't see what he has done to be head coach.

frick some of you guys on this board are ignorant. He has received 2 raises and extensions. Both times after appearing in the national championship game. If you dumb frickers don't believe that is justification for trying to keep the coach, it shows why you are pounding keys here and not actually making any of these decisions.

But I am curious as to what else the money needs to spent on at LSU as it pertains to coaching salaries. Keep in mind, your answer will show your ignorance as to where this money comes from and where it goes...

I read this same thread four times a week since the Michigan job became available. Search is a hell of a tool on here.

That's what I am also thinking. There's a tight bond there.

They also probably know Michigan is the only school dumb enough to have interest in the guy, so they figure they'll make some money off of the deal if it happens.

I hope like hell he's bartering with them to get the offer coming his way. I also hope he's already working with a real estate agent in both BR and Ann Arbor to make the transition as seamless as possible.

I hope for a change. It's time. We can't sustain five to ten more years of the decline. It's real.

If anything, there should be no new raise or contract from LSU. That maneuver is worn out.

Agreed. Wish him well in that scenario. You shouldn't get a raise after 8-4. That's like a salesman asking for a raise after his sales go down 20 percent.

Not quite sure how anyone would be satisfied with Cameron as head coach. He hasn t been that successful anywhere and I think it would subject us to even more mediocrity.

Didn't your guy get just get five million out of your school and he hasn't sniffed anything in the West for three years even with an award winning QB. Talk about over paid and fricking over a school.
