Michigan State DC Pat Narduzzi declines offer to become UConn head coach

I don't understand why you would spend all that time waiting for the MSU job. If he goes to a school like Uconn and does well, he will eventually get much better offers than MSU. I mean look at the job Dantonio has done there, and he is only the 9th highest pId coach in the Big Ten. It just doesn't make any sense that would would wait forever to take over at a school where you aren't going to get paid like you could elsewhere.

He's got a strong DEF and great job security.. I wouldn't leave unless it's for a big HC job

This guy should have gotten a Big 10 job years ago.
