I’d assume Sherone Moore gets instant promoted. There’s not really another high profile Michigan candidate out there that fits the bill and they have a weird fetish that only alumni can coach the team as a big fish coach and he atleast is “one of them” now

Michigan should go back and look at what happened to Stanford when Harbaugh left. If they promote Moore it would feel really similar and likely set them back in a couple years. Maybe sooner than that with the portal now.

David Shaw actually kept Stanford very relevant and highly ranked for more than a few years. They could do much worse.
