Do they have to follow some guidelines to interview x amount of outside candidates?

Since it’s a state job I would guess it had to be posted for a certain length of time and a certain number of candidates need to be interviewed before a hiring could happen.

Michigan state law says they must wait 7 days to hire a new coach.

That kinda sucks with the transfer portal being a thing. Thats 7-10 days of raiding.

Michigan state law states they must wait 7 days. Players haven’t been entering the portal. More than likely they’ve all been informed that Moore will be promoted.

Moore is probably the right choice to keep the recruiting in tack.

Michigan has money. Ain't nobody leaving for LSU or Bama.

Their recruiting classes every year are subpar comparatively with LSU and even more so with Alabama.

If it’s about money, it seems like they would be bringing in top 10 classes on the regular but they aren’t.

Michigan collectives don’t pay NIL to freshman.
