All hold positions at LSU that not one single other school in the SEC would hire them at if available.

Too early to shite on Gibbs

I will never "shite" on Gibbs. But is not too early to shite on the hire.
O, JJ, AND Gibbs are the same hire. The resume does not come close to matching the job they are hired to do. Maybe JJ. LSU hoops is not very good.
But O and Gibbs are now in positions that no one else would have given them at this points in their careers. Period.
I submit that there are head coaches in college baseball that would come to LSU to be the hitting coach.
I would also submit that there are established head coaches that would love to come to LSU. And be successful.
