No, he really isn’t. His track record at Houston had plenty of red flags, like getting beat by 3 teams in his conference during his best season. Everyone just chose to ignore them.
We already have culture issues we need fixed from O’s disastrous last two years. We don’t need a guy like Herman here who has nothing but a negative track record in this regard.

I don't see Aranda as the guy to cut bait with coaches so easily. If he were HC I know he'd want Grimes as OC. It will be a tough decision because grimes was a tiger before and did a great job and he's actually done decent as an OC

Sure but he also beat a top 10 FSU in 2015.
He was a hot name going into 2016 and the. Beat OU and Louisville who were both ranked #3 at the time
