It's called leverage and free enterprise people. The man should get as much money as he POSSIBLY can. To do otherwise is idiotic. Whether this is an agent thing or not, he should parlay it into a raise. Market value is market value. If LSU doesn't want to pay it, then he walks.

There really isn't some magic bullet out there. We would be very hard pressed to find a better coach. The more likely scenario is lsu recruiting goes to shite this year, all juniors bolt for the league and we could EASILY lose our elite status. Be very careful what you wish for tiger fans
