Helfrich wanted to come here earlier this week and we could have made the hire but his offense sucked according to alleva and o while locked in on one guy Kiffen. Now Kiffen gets his gig at UH and Helfrich ends up at Bama while we are left with Ensminger. This ship has sunk

Exactly. There is absolutely no doubt that Ponamsky reads this board(and others) and likely posts. O may strike out with the hire, but he's not striking out with Steve Ensminger.
And I would be shocked if he hires anybody this board hasn't discussed. I'm sure any and all candidates will be posted here if only to test the collective temperature of the fan base.

I really don't think we are. Most of this is conjecture from fans. Some en post a thought other posters like it and run with it. Next thing you know it was brought to the board by an insider.
