There is no denying that Kiffin will be a HC again, most likely after this season. Kiffin will be better than he was just for the fact that he has been able to learn Saban's system.

One of the reason's for Saban's success is that he has systematized the program from recruiting to gameplanning better than anyone else.

All it takes is a coach that can scale it correctly for the school he takes over. Kiffin has the experience. I do think he will be more successful at his next HC stop.

Sabans system requires discipline from the head man. Does Kif have the leadership and discipline to sustain a system?

Thats a legit question and certainly the question potential ADs will be asking.

He's a good recruiter and a good offensive mind who has in game lapses at times (notably when he stopped running the ball against OSU when Henry and Yeldon were going for what seemed like 7 yards per carry). He could succeed somewhere like Illinois in a division without a power program.
