You agree that our next hire needs to be a better recruiter than Orgeron? Everyone is bitching about the offense, but Ed is a defensive guy and is doing best he can with what he has.

Look, I'm not trashing Orgeron.
Just BC I don't want him as HC doesn't mean I don't want him at all. He's a great asset.

Only missing piece of puzzle is a top notch OC. How am I wrong, especially if we don't get Herman or Jimbo?

There is more issues than just the offenses Cordinator or head coach. We need Kevin Maui for the Oline, we haven't had an offensive line worth a damn since 2007. And QB is a complete different issue. Les allowed two QBs to get away. Dak and Shea. It will not matter who the OC is if he does not have talent to work with. I'm not convinced that Craig is the best receivers coach we can get. Receivers or still cutting off routes short of the first down.
