Was good at USCe, Was great here
Not amazing at Texas Tech this year, but overall they are pretty weak.
We need to get back to winning this phase of the game, and I think this is a great coach to do it.
Also an LSU grad for the "does he love LSU?" crowd

Had phenomenal ST's at LSU when he was here before.
Don't remember him being a great recruiter. Pretty meh IIRC.
