Fire Peveto and Grimes tomorrow. If you want to be taken seriously when taking about putting together an amazing staff, put your money where your mouth is. Let Ensminger go on back to coaching TEs if he wants, but can the fricking dead weight and move on. Do this, and the reasonable among us will at least take your staffing decisions seriously.

Keep them, and you prove it's just a good ole' boy show in the locker room. How did that work out for DiNardo?

Those two frickers can't outrecruit how pathetic they are on the field. We lost the last two games because of their units.

I'm sure we saved enough with our value HC hire and pay his puny buyout. He has no place on this staff. Would you bank your new offense on the lines he has put on the field? How have they performed against good defenses in the past two seasons?

Why would you fire Grimes? He's one of the better O-Line coaches in the country? Don't fire peveto either, just make him recruiting coordinator with some bs title.

You seriously cannot be serious in defending those two guys.

Look. O is here. He's the coach. Now that it's settled, I want to see him do well. Improving the offense and special teams has to happen for him to succeed.

If you're referring to teams line Alabama, NO OFFENSIVE LINE does well against Alabama. We are getting top o-line recruits each year and are always stacked putting guys in the NFL

What about bring in Kevin mawae? He might not have all the coaching credentials but damn imagine that dude sitting at the kitchen table with a recruit.

Go back and watch the last 8 games that we played against good to great defenses. 7 were loses. UF last year was the ONLY WIN. It was also the only game that the offensive line was even remotely effective in.

O's success depends on the right staff. The right staff doesn't include Grimes and Peveto.

True. They weren't consistent in the UF game (huge successes followed by huge busts), but the special teams we're a killer in that one, and not just because of individual errors. I'm talking about both guys costing us games.

Grimes is a good coach. Look at pff rankings.
