Hannagriff just stated the fact that he has a special needs child. Not sure how that plays in but he may want to stay very close to his child. Something to think about.

I'm hearing that may be the deal breaker, actually. two sons, including one who is sick/special needs, so coming here would mean separating from his family if his wife doesn't move down here with him. That's a tough call when the other option is to get a raise and stay at a football powerhouse that you have rolling.

That's a positive, only because it may increase the chances that his ex-wife would join him. I can't see him leaving the town in which they live, not because I know him personally, just from a father's perspective. Obviously, I am making assumptions and I don't know what the custody situation would be, and I am in no way trying to find that out, since it's none of my business.
