I know the Chargers aren't in San Diego anymore but Harbaugh had a strong connection with the Chargers ashen he first started his head coaching career at the University of San Diego

Because they're losing about 15 starters including Corum and McCarthy and about anyone could have filled in for Harbaugh and coached that team to wins.
