Flint is currently the Director of Strength and Conditioning at ND. He is the right hand man of Matt Balis, ND’s Director of Football Performance, who is considered one of the best in the industry.
I know we are all jaded by the “insiders” around here but Tub on 247 says he is the hire. TIFWIW.

Brian Kelly has thought very highly of Jacon Flint for a long time even when Flint was a walk ok at Central Michigan under Kelly.

I had heard they tried hard to retain. Is he confirmed coming?

Really looks like a guy that could get it done at a high level. If he's the hire, I'd say that's a damn strong hire.

Paying for 5 weddings. Man needs a raise to start saving now. Good for him.

Good thing LSU will pay more to help with those weddings.
Some new blood and toughness is coming.
