Doesn't matter. If people were asking you about a potential job opening in a few months, that was uncertain but you were interested, what would you tell your boss?

I think if I was an LSU fan I'd be pissed at my administration for making me sit for 3 more months before I knew who would coach my team because they couldn't let Miles finish the season when no one currently coaching could accept the job or even interview for it now.

Are you being serious??? Yeah let's wait until the end of the year so we have no jump on our new HC search. That way we can be behind on the hiring race and have a shite record. Do you really believe that no coach will talk to lsu behind closed doors before the end of the year? I guess i should be happy you're not an lsu fan.
