Go look at Michigan State's schedule and who they've played. Kentucky would be undefeated too. They have multiple losses coming in the next 5 games.

Yeah, they play Michigan this coming week. I would assume that will be the real test to see how good they actually are.

Wait & see how season plays out. If they get destroyed by OSU & drop 3 of their last 5, optics on that hire would be bad. If they win 4/5 & give OSU a run for their money... I would have a hard time arguing with the consideration. Aranda should be #1 next to Fickel on the list. I think this hire would be a bigger gamble than Napier.

Dave is qualified. Only obvious minority candidate with the credentials. Mel Tucker is not yet at the level of Aranda, Fickel, etc.
