Of the three...Aranda. Without question. I just don't seeing that guy failing at anything he does.

Why all the Aranda for HC suggestions? What in his background leads one to think he is HC material? Coach O has a far better HC resume.

Orgeron wasn't listed as an option. Of the three, Aranda...simply because he is going to be a HC at some point and I'd rather it be now at LSU than` years from now after he gets some HC experience and the Bama hires him after Saban retires. frick that noise all together.

Why would we want to pull him off defense to run the whole show? He's great at D. Make him head coach and he has lots of other distractions to deal with and the D will suffer.
I say just throw a ton of money at him to stay head coach of the defense.

Why now?
LSU should get Herman or Fisher
They still probably have a year or two with Aranda but we win championships then we continue to attact the best and breed more success... why risk it now?
I do agree though I'd hire Aranda as HC before O bc he'd lock down one side of the bell but I believe LSU attracts great DCs snd hiring OCs is far more of a crapshoot
Get a proven college qb HC who can still scheme and utilize the run

Yeah let him get his on the job training and make his personnel mistakes while competing for championships. Makes perfect sense. Worked out great for CEO at Ole Urine.

Aranda....might be the only way we keep him. His stock has skyrocketed after this year. It won't be long before someone takes a chance on him as HC.

Keep Coach O as head coach and offer Aranda a head coach in waiting type of position. Get an up and coming OC with spread experience. We MUST keep Aranda though. And we must keep him happy. He will have plenty of options to leave.

We need to do something strong and decisive. Something that honestly is flashy to finish this recruiting year strong. Regardless of the head coach, we need bigger and stronger linemen.....this is what Bama is doing meanwhile:

I would go with Fisher. He has a proven track record and his offense will not go away. I love Aranda but there is nothing to show you he is ready to be a head coach. What type of offense will he run, can he recruit... And Herman is almost a 0% chance of coming to LSU.
Now if you want to keep CEO and possibly bring in an OC like maybe Mark Helfrich from Oregon, cause he isn't going to last the year, then I would like that. Aranda would be here 1 maybe 2 more years unless he just loves being a DC.

We should go after Herman. He is younger and more upside than Fisher. Look at Fisher's last several seasons and in the SEC it would be worse. We will be ready to move on after a few years with Fisher.
