The good ole boy, housewife, and oilfield cajun contingent won't blame anything on O for like 5 seasons. Every win will be because of O's brilliant motivation and love of Louisiana, and every loss will be because of Miles or the players. In three or four years once it's all his team it'll be because of the coordinators and players.

Considering most of the O supporters were the same snowflakes that more than likely supported Obama/Hillary and blamed Bush for eight years, yes they will blame Miles.
