If San Francisco loses today does that speed up Michigan's decision?

Why would a highly successful NFL coach want to demote himself ? Harbaugh wants an NFL championship not a consolation prize in college. He'll be moving on but just to another pro organization.

Which won't happen any time soon even if he has no intention of going there because it gives him leverage

Exactly. Michigan would do well to move on, or they will have to settle for another Brady Hoke.
