If Miles stays, can the AD and TAF stipulate what kind of offense we run here on

Can the AD and TAF stipulate certain conditions to Miles continuing in 2016, such as:
- Get out of the play calling
- Hire a new OC and QB coach
- Modernize the offense
Or is Miles too proud of a man to agree to outside interference into his football program as a condition for keeping his job?
