Why not offer him the Head gig and O would have stuck around cause they are such good friends. I guess question is would Aranda have stuck around if that happened.

Oh God this would be a horrible fricking idea. Alleva is the worst fricking AD in the history of any program, but you would certainly be 1000x worse than him. You definitely earned your downvote with this thread.
