Do we have to wait to pursue/announce? Do we wait until Feb when his contract ends and not have him for recruiting? Can we announce now? Not sure how this would work out...

Based on? Saban knew McElwain and Smart were gone but was fine with them finishing what they started. Why would it be different with Kiffin? Saban won't let him recruit for a conference foe if that was the case, but there's only about 2 weeks left before dead period any way
