he could be a dark horse candidate. I mean.....LSU has always went with someone we certainly didn't think would be the "one".

He would be an excellent hire. National guy on Alabama radio said don't be surprised if it's a really good x and O coach from a smaller school that's been a head coach for a long time because LSU can recruit itself with state talent. He said he just questioned if Aleva was competent enough to look at some of those guys and not turn his nose up because he thinks LSU is too good for that.

As a Utah fan, I like Kyle. But he has a reputation for being offensively limited too. Coaches more not to lose than to win.

I don't think he would be a good fit to the culture of Louisiana. Good guy and coach though.

Gary Patterson is the only candidate I've seen that I would prefer LSU not hire. Herman is hit or miss. Could be the next Urban, could be the next Sumlin. Wouldn't fret over him. Jimbo just doesn't run a disciplined football team. Would lol if he went to LSU.

A Mormon HC at Mormon U...all of his prior jobs were in Utah...he's never lived outside of the state, except for Missionary work....a fish out of water cant breathe

His offenses stank. He plays in the Pac 12 with half arse defenses and is still average at best at passing.
Last year they had 2340 yards 15 TDs 11 ints in 13 games, with two senior QBs!!! The starter was the starter for the previous 2 years.
LSU had 2158 yards 13 TDs 6 ints in 12 games with a first year starting true sophomore in the SEC West.
Awful, awful, awful offense, don't want anywhere near LSU.
