I love a classic Adminstrator or "CEO head coach"

Hire great OC/DC's, recruits studs, and stay out of the way.
If Miles would have done that, he'd still be at LSU and remained a national character.
Examples: Bowden, Paterno, Mack Brown, even non-play callers Meyer & Saban these days.
Icons who can consistently make the right hires and recruit and still be the characters they are that make CFB interesting.

Meyer and saban are the antithesis of ceo types.
Notice the bowden, mack, paterno types are no longer coaching. That type does not work very often

Sure there is quality control, but they don't man a play-sheet like a Sean Payton does for the Saints.
So they are not the antithesis of a ceo. They are adminsitrators.
