I hope Les gets his dream job with Fisher out and Harbaugh rumored

There is no doubt that it would be the most coveted job for him and i hope he gets it if Harbaugh leaves UM.

I just don't see Harbaugh jumping back to the NFL, at least yet. He's rebuilding a powerhouse program and it should pay off in the next couple years.

Even if he does jump, there's NO WAY they replace him with Miles. Just no way.

I don't think he would, but after looking at all the guys leaving and how loaded that defense was, the prospect of taking a couple of years to build things back up may not seem that appealing to him.

He was very successful in the NFL. Why would he not want to go back?

Every coaching stop he has made, he took a team that was down, turned them around and moved on.
