Seems like they all get identified into a single style of O. Have any of them demonstrated they can adapt to differences in skill-sets among their players?

I don't know, but that seems to be a hallmark of great coaches

Matt Canada seems to be able to adapt a lot.

I truly believe if the head coach doesn't get in the way, that you guys will find a good offensive coordinator, no matter who y'all pick. I think Coach O will be the guy that will give your OC freedom.
I know my opinion doesn't matter, but I think Harris would be excellent running the read option. It's almost not fair running the read option with Guice in the backfield.

Thought about that and it's been impressive what he's done at Bama.

I'd still prefer he not come here since I don't think O and him are good for one another.

Just read an article on Canada and he has run everything from the spread with elements of QB run at NC St (Jacoby Brissett), Northern Illinois to Being the OC at Wisconsin under Bielema.
