Down to Tim Tibesar and Justin Wilcox, though reports indicate Wisconsin is close with Tibesar.
I think most Wisconsin fans (and recruits) are hoping Tibesar gets promoted.

A lot of it is sales. Eventually account manager. Company has training by hands on in the field. Freezing in gas stations selling and demonstrating car wax.

Wisconsin has a defensive coordinator in place, but no name released to this point. Not sure why, but I'm reading that it likely is not Tim Tibesar.
ETA: looks like it is Justin Wilcox. Personally OK with this hire as his resume looks better than Tibesar. He runs a 3-4 and has ties to the west coast that Wisconsin has begun to open on the recruiting trail in recent years.
