Hanagriff Postgame - "Pushed all the right buttons"

He said Ed Orgeron has "pushed all the right buttons" so far in terms of having a chance to be LSU's head coach. Found it interesting he used those same words as Random LSU Hero.

guess we'll find out next week...2 wins against less than average programs really dont show anything...it's a good start

Hanny reads TD. They all do.

I agree that most of the younger media guys do but I'm not sure Hanagriff would go on air and just repeat something he read on Tigerdroppings about LSU's HC search.

Probably because he read that same thread we did. Hanny doesn't know that much and since his melt down a few seasons ago has lost access to a lot of what he did actually know.
He's settled down and is back to being entertaining, but he's not back to being in the know.

The LSU mouthpieces will be pushing him hard. I don't like it. Nothing against Coach O but the "voices" spouting all this are being spoon feed by the LSU administration.
Concerning. Unless LSU wins out, 9-2 SEC West Champs with a chance to really frick shite up...I'm in....But I need to see that happen

Forever a part of the TD lexicon.

First of all, I love Coach O and hope he is with this program for the next 20 years. He is doing a great job as are the other coaches on staff.
But, any of LSU successes this season post-Miles are more of a discredit to Les Miles/Cam Cameron than showing that Coach O should be our next head coach. Coach O is going to speak to the media and say exactly what he knows the fans want to hear. He knows the complaints against Miles, he knows what got Miles fired. Perfect example is throwing deep passes last night with 5 minutes left in the game. Let's also note that Coach O does not, and has not ever coached offense. All the offensive improvements are due to Coach Ensminger and the rest of the offensive staff. Answer this question, how many coordinator or head coaching positions have been offered to either Coach O or Coach Ensminger in the last 10 years? I am super happy with both of these coaches, but neither of them are on anyone's wish list of coaches.
All in all, I credit Coach O for doing everything he can to try and win the head job. That's what we want from our coaches. He's going all out to get the job and he has kept great interest in a Tiger football season that was dead, dead, dead just two games ago.

Interesting, but it's a fairly common saying for someone making the right calls

Hanny is super tight with Gordy and Ott. Both of which have impeccable sources.

Interesting. You think ott is connected?

People make fun of Ott but his sources are solid.

I think racking up 500yds and 40 points vs Mizzou and SMiss is normal for this team and should be expected. Ole Miss is a real test, that is a good football team, but my hunch is CEO is going to do whatever it takes to beat the rebs.

I'm sorry but you don't pass on a coach like Hermon for CEO
