At least Miles asked permission to talk to Michigan or Michigan asked LSU to talk to him....unlike that fricking idiot Pelini and Nebraska

But now the focus is on the Michigan interview not on the game.......The players must feel like they were abandoned. "What happen to the chain is only as strong as the LINK". I have a better team motto. "Last one to BAIL out of the program turn off the lights".

Hey SoCal !

Why should Miles care ? Tiger Fans obviously don't.

Judging by the way "loyal" tiger fans are jumping ship on this team, he is displaying behavior no better..or worse... than his critics.

Are you serious...Bertman is thinking he may actually get a better football coach...he is thinking, let Les walk...I have other plans who is going to lead our program

If only he had been thinking that three years ago...

You damn right we do ! Every damn fan that has decided to abandon this team before THE SEC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME is responsible for such an event.

Why is everyone worried about the team getting embarrassed ? Only 10,000 fans showing up is much worse than getting beat by Tennessee

Allow Michigan to talk to Miles the week of the SECCG. You are a focking retard.

According to the ESPN.com article by Forde, Bertman asked that Michigan wait until after the SECCG.

From the article:
quote:

Bertman requested that the meeting not take place until after LSU plays Tennessee Saturday for the SEC championship. Martin told Bertman he will comply.

Then why put it out there today? It only makes the everything less important. Michigan hopes we lose Saturday so they can get Miles in the fold earlier then expected. How about the Liberty Bowl the 3rd week of December instead of the 1st week of January

Social Tiger is right they could have waited until Sunday, what is 4 days. Our players don't need to be subjected to this crap this week!

Yea ! The players have no idea Michigan is interested in Les Miles. I'm sure the shock is tearing the team apart.

Because Skip was getting nervous that it wasn't going to happen. He had to grease the skids to move him out. He hired him and he had to take advantage of probably the only opportunity to move him out.We need a coach that can think on his feet, or on the sideline.

whats done is done. Beertman had no choice if he said no he would look like an arse again. With or without permission the damage was done it was better to let it out instead of speculation also known as the rant.

We're going to lose to Tennessee anway, what difference does it make? The quicker he gets out, the quicker we can hire Tuberville.

All this talk is silly. Michigan doesn't need Bertman's permission to talk to Miles, its a courtesy. Its funny Miles is constantly getting hacked on and he is about the only coach at LSU that is doing his job. You can bet the players know what's going on way before anybody on this forum knows.
