How is he at recruiting? His style of coaching? That bald head seems pimp.

Decent recruiter. No where near the level of Pruitt. Our D was quite bad last year, much improved this year. I have no idea how much of that is due to Kelly and/or the athletes that FSU has on D.

He's a solid recruiter. He did a good job this year with a very talented group.
It's really hard to judge him. He was average in 2014, but had a nice bounce back this year. A lot of credit to the addition of Brad Lawing.
I understand the pull of coaching at his alma mater, but it would be stupid to leave what FSU has coming back.

He would be worth giving a big raise to.
I think he'd stay knowing FSU has a good shot at the playoff in 2016, while Gus could get fired

So FSU's defensive staff that put up a 15th overall total defense and 5th overall in scoring defense are scrubs that FSU doesn't want anyway?

It really is hard to judge him off of 1 good year. I don't think most FSU fans will get too hot and bothered if he leaves.
He has more talent to work with at FSU than he would at auburn.

He's a new DC though and it's tough to say how good he's going to be, as you mentioned. But, he's about as good as the market is going to give us right now IMO.

Still unproven as a DC. He had one good year. Definitely not worth the type of $ Auburn will throw at him.

If Auburn was willing to pay Champ 1.6 million, I'm sure Kelly will be getting an offer substantially higher than what he's making at FSU
