Good with: no huddle offense, coaching tom Brady, making good slot white Recievers and tiny running backs
Bad with: running the ball, milking the clock, keeping an all pro TE healthy for an entire season

Never will forget when he was coaching the Broncos and they started out 6-0 and he was fist pumping like a fool after the game.
