the Swamp247 members seem to be falling in love. they keep asking the admins there (Alderman/Rudner) if there's any smoke to this and after 12+ pages of discussion, they have yet to post in the thread. might be a telltale sign.

It doesn’t reaffirm anything you said. Actually, it means that he hasn’t heard shite about an OC hire. Which I said in another thread, they won’t hear anything until it’s pretty much done. Florida reporters are lost a very high percentage of the time.

Heard him talk about his “GoGo Offense” when he was younger. Creative guy who did a lot of great stuff with formations/motions, but he didn’t seem to have a firm grasp of the run game.
Im sure he’s grown in all areas over the years though and has had a lot of success. He’s certainly worth giving a shot

Would Napier concede creative control of the offense? Marion made his money running his Go-Go offense, so I doubt he shelves it for Napier’s system. And I’ve looked into Marion’s system…triple option offense similar to Chadwell’s at Liberty, but utilizing very unconventional spread formations. I don’t see this marriage happening.

So that proves nothing. Which i don't care who Florida hires as oc. It will play out. Either Napier will succeed, or he wont.
