I've thought the same thing about LSU's job, if Miles' leaves. Why would we risk 3-4 million on a coach that is unproven at our level, when we could at least make an offer to Saban for 7-8 mill (or even more)? With Saban, you get a sure thing.

If the program simply can't afford it, I understand. But I don't think that's the case.

Saban isnt going anywhere other than maybe back to the NFL one day and I actually highly doubt that.
