Like Miles, great recruiter, loves the program, player would run through a brick wall for him.
Unlike Miles, he wants to run an offense that's not from 1960 and he'll let his coordinators do their job.

He's a deer in headlights who can recruit and yell. He has no goddamn clue what to do in games, on the sidelines, or schematically. So congrats on your new head pumper-upper/recruiter. That's all he can do.

Well said. Unfortunately, some of the people that post on this board refuse to believe that coaches CAN learn from their mistakes and IMPROVE.

What you do is let the coaches coach and inspire the team and staff and recruit your arse off. You'll get better personnel all the way around and have much better overall results.
