Yep...didn't want to name names. I know a lot about this but I am not going to expose it. It highly plausible that texas gets him out of this. But also tommy has enough pieces to pay back that money, and the chilled water facility is a huge asset. It supplies everything to Perkins Rowe.

I mean a few people on here have linked him to the Perkins Rowe development in Baton Rouge that went bankrupt a while back. I think there is a newspaper article floating around somewhere that describes the details of his involvement in it. As for bad investments at bama I don't know
