Why would he come? That would be a lateral move. I think his next move will to be a HC somewhere, not a DC at another program.

Tenuta all the way..

going into the uga game (gt's last of the season)

quote:

They lead the nation in sacks (42) and tackles for loss (9.3 per game). Forty percent of the plays run against Georgia Tech's defense have gone for no gain or negative yards. The Yellow Jackets are No. 7 in the nation in total defense.

(sorry last stats i could find)

but if Tenuta can do that with the athletes we have at GT .... imagine what he can do at LSU
(plus, we have a crappy secondary at tech too, so even with the same talent at front 7 and better secondary, tenuta's d would obliterate people.

I'd rather Tenuta, but I think Muschamp would come here if we asked. He knows BR as well as he knows Auburn, and with the guys we have here and the guys coming in, he could make that move up to a HC spot like Pelini did a little quicker.

That being said, I don't want any coach represented by Jimmy Sexton. I hate the way he plays his guys names for every job; ArKansas, Ga Tech, LSU, Springdale High, etc.

I'd rather anyone between 1 and 103 in total defense than that pile of shite

Muschamp was already her as DC. Why would he come back? it would be a lateral move for him and wouldn't make any sense.

I would have to think it would be easier to get a HC position as DC at LSU as compared to DC at Auburn.

Plus, we pay our assistants more $$$. Just like in all of life, follow the money.

If Miles hires Bill Clay's worn out self (and archaic defensive philosphies), then I really will hope that Michigan comes back and takes him!

Bobby Petrino was the OC at Auburn before he was the HC at Louisville...so that theory is bunk

it might be more but I am sure it is comparable....I don't know what Muschamp makes, but I know for a fact that the AU's assistant coaches are some of the highest paid in the country (which I am sure LSU is as well)

I pray this is a joke.

The guy went from DC at Okie St., to Inside Linebackers coach (didn't even realize that was a position) at LaTech and now safeties coach at A & M.
