No guys, he's right. Better keep running that Les Miles offense. Who know what might happen if we change something up? Could mean championships but it also could mean losing to Alabama every year.... oh wait

Just in the last two years he's beaten Oklahoma, FSU and Louisville twice all with two star recruits. Yeah, I'm sure he can't beat mighty A&M with Guice and Aranda's defense among others.

An offense should be designed to take advantage of the defenses weakness. That's what a good coach does. Week in and week out, the plan should change based on creating the best mismatches. That's what Les couldn't do. That's why Tom Herman wins games with sub 5 star talent.
