Giving the debacle with CLM, why would you think otherwise?

CCC and Les are tied at the hip and will go up or down together. Les is loyal and CCC has been a great OC before and I'm hopeful he will again. Hopefully, Les let's him run the offense his own way from here on out. We need outstanding QB play and to get the backs and TE's into the offense --- Keep in mind, it was Cam who developed Brees and also designed the offense in SD to exploit Antonio Gates.

Meh. I doubt a new oc would be able to make significant enough changes in one year to capitalize on our opportunity next year. Also by simple familiarity with the system and being healthy Harris will improve and the offense as a whole will improve.
Cam and miles system this past year focused on using our best weapon-fournette. However as I said above if Harris takes a step forward again this coming year then we will use our wide receivers. Make no bones about it Harris improved this year. Last year once a drive he would turn the wrong way to hand the ball off. That only happened once when we were at the height of our dysfunction.

Another awful season of terrible offense for LSU, then?

CCC to get new contract
Getting vs working on a new contract are two separate things.
Miles is getting push back from the Admin/Board in renewing CCC an extention. Yes, he wants him back. Administration giving in has yet to be seen. You would think it would have been done by now.

Bringing someone else at this point doesn't really make much sense. It's make or break for Miles at this point
If it's a break then I hope Aranda gets a serious look at the job tbh
Question is what defines a "make" year. Playoff? Just beating Bama? 10 wins?

Just let him stay on the sidelines and take the playcard away from Les like it appears they did in the bowl game.

I knew he was the minute I received the text alert saying Less will keep his job.

One never knows how restricted a HC has been in the past.
It think Les has come out of this with a significant amount of leverage --- no more HC coach clauses --- opening up budget for multiple years.
Almost getting fired might turn out to be the best thing to happen to the LSU football program.
